One Crucial Solution for Optimal Results from Diagnosis to Tissue Management as well as The Prosthetic Procedure. An advanced treatment strategy is required to achieve an esthetic outcome through implant therapy for the missing anterior tooth situation. Especially in the single and multiple implant cases in which there is a significant loss of teeth and tissues. It is not easy to achieve the optimal result while also carefully considering the minimal invasiveness on the patient, so a highly effective treatment is required. At the same time, we need to be aware of the biologic limitation induced by loss of blood supply from the periodontal ligament, for this we should be prepared with several options; a treatment plan, risk hedge and optional material choices depending on the case. During a single implant, maintaining the volume of the papilla is a determining factor - the key is the bone level of the tooth on each side. In the case of both implant-pontic and implant-implant, in other words cases of multiple missing teeth, the vertical bone height in the proximal area is suggested to be 2 to 3 mm or more coronal to the implant platform - this is the sufficient volume. In many cases, connective tissue grafts are required to compensate for decreased soft tissue profile. One of the significant factors in developing the papilla around the implants after the prosthetic procedure is to maintain the biologic width. This presentation is a recommendation of one possible critical solution for the esthetic outcomes. | |||||
